    Settings

Settings has a tab for each part of your workspace: Global Settings, Teams, Webhooks, Sets, Signatures, Connect Agent and Approved Apps. Some tabs only appear on certain plans, and some actions inside them need the Admin role.

Open Settings at the bottom of the menu. The tabs are on the left, and the sign-out button is under them.

    Which tabs are there?#

    TabWhat it holds
Global SettingsDate Metrics (an AM:PM or 24-hour clock, saved in this browser) and Email Notifications: Success Emails, Failure Emails and Streak Reminder Emails. All three are off until you turn them on.
TeamsInvite and remove members. See Team members and roles.
WebhooksSend an HTTP request to your own URL each time a post is published. The free plan allows up to 30. See Webhooks.
SetsSaved starting points for new posts. See Sets and signatures.
SignaturesReusable sign-offs, one of which can be added automatically. See Sets and signatures.
Connect AgentYour connector link, API key and agent setup steps under Connect, and your OAuth app under Apps. See Connect your agent and OAuth apps.
Approved AppsApps you have allowed to act on your account, with a way to revoke each one.

    Why is a tab missing?#

    • Auto Post and Usage only appear on paid plans. They cover features that are not part of the free plan.
    • Some tabs open for everyone but need the Admin role to change: members with the User role cannot manage the team, see or rotate the API key, or manage the OAuth app. See What can each role do?

    What are Approved Apps?#

When another product asks to act on your Studio account through an OAuth app and you approve it, the product is listed under Approved Apps. The tab reads "Applications you have authorized to access your Voholabs account." Choose Revoke next to an app to cut off its access.

    Where are billing and prices?#

Not in Settings. On the free plan, the wallet chip in the top bar opens your balance with View billing and View prices. Paid plans come with Apex and have no wallet. See Plans and billing.
