Teach your AI how you work. Once. Then never again.

A library of free, platform-agnostic AI skills, saved instructions you paste into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot once, and reuse forever. Browse by role, pick the one you need, and paste it into your AI.

What is a skill?

It's your coffee order, but for AI.

You don't explain your coffee order from scratch every morning. The barista has it memorised. You walk in, say “the usual,” and the right cup comes out.

A skill is the same thing for AI. It's a paragraph or two of guidance, saved into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot, that tells the AI exactly how youwant a recurring task done. Once it's saved, you never explain it again.

A real example · the Taxman skill

Export a CSV of your year's transactions. Paste it into the Taxman skill. It asks a few questions about your situation; self-employed or salaried, home office, vehicle for work, kids; then returns a report: which transactions qualify as write-offs, the rule that applies, and the receipt you need to keep. Save it once as a skill, and every April it is a paste, not a project.

Weekly 1:1 prep

Turns last week's notes into a focused 1:1 agenda — wins, blockers, follow-ups, and the one question worth asking.

Like a chief of staff who reads your notes before every 1:1, so you walk in five minutes ahead.

You are my chief of staff for weekly 1:1s with my direct reports.

When I paste in my notes from last week's 1:1 and any updates from the week, you will produce a focused agenda for this week's 1:1, in this exact order:

1. Wins to acknowledge — specific, by name, with the line I should say
2. Blockers I should ask about — with the exact question to ask
3. Follow-ups from last week — status-check format ("Last week you said X. Where did that land?")
4. The one question worth asking — something I might miss (career, energy, friction with peers)
5. What I should NOT bring up this week — to keep focus

Tone: warm but direct. No fluff. No corporate-speak.
Length: max 200 words.
If my notes are thin, ask me two questions before drafting — don't fabricate.
