Voholabs

    Agent examples

These are prompts to paste into Claude or ChatGPT once the Voholabs Studio connector is on, with what the agent does and which Studio tools it calls. Ask in plain language; the agent picks the tools itself.

Every prompt below works in Claude or ChatGPT with the Voholabs Studio connector switched on. To set it up, see Connect Claude or Connect ChatGPT. Coding agents connected through developer tools take the same prompts.

The prompts get better results once your brief is filled in, because the agent reads it before it writes. Where a prompt uses a skill, that is noted; skills are available on the free plan after a wallet top-up.

How do I plan a week of posts?#

    Text
Plan next week's posts for LinkedIn and X. Three posts each, no more than
one a day per channel. Base them on our launch notes below and what we
posted in the last two weeks. Show me the plan first, then write the posts
    and save them as drafts.

    [paste your notes]

    What the agent does:

    1. Reads your brief (briefListTool) and lists your channels (integrationList).
    2. Looks at what is already on the calendar and what went out recently (postsList), so it does not repeat itself.
    3. Shows you a plan: which post goes where, when, and why. Nothing is written until you agree.
    4. Reads each channel's rules (integrationSchema), finds free slots (findSlotTool) and saves the posts as drafts (integrationSchedulePostTool).

With skills open, the agent follows Plan a content week, which also checks the whole batch for repeated points and openers. Review the drafts in the calendar, then ask the agent to schedule them, or do it yourself.

    How do I clean up a draft?#

    Text
Clean up this LinkedIn draft so it doesn't read as AI-written. Keep my
meaning and length. Tell me what you changed.

    [paste your draft]

For a post that is already on the calendar:

    Text
Find my LinkedIn post scheduled for Thursday and clean up the wording.
Don't touch the image or the time.

    What the agent does:

    1. For a scheduled post, finds it on the calendar (postsList).
    2. Rewrites the text in plain language and lists what it changed.
    3. Saves only the new text back to the same post (editPostTool), so media, settings and the time stay as they were.

With skills open, the agent follows Anti-slop editor. It works without a brief, though it also respects any banned words in your brief's Boundaries.

How do I repurpose a post for other channels?#

    Text
Take my LinkedIn post from Monday and turn it into an X thread and a
Threads post. Make each one native to its network, not a copy. Space
them out over the next three days and schedule them.

    What the agent does:

    1. Finds the original post (postsList).
    2. Reads each target channel's limits and settings (integrationSchema), and your Channel Preferences in the brief (briefListTool).
    3. Writes a separate version for each channel, with a different opening and shape.
    4. Finds free slots on different days (findSlotTool) and schedules each version (integrationSchedulePostTool).

With skills open, the agent follows One idea, every channel. On the free plan, an X post is paid from your wallet when it is scheduled; the agent tells you the cost it reports. See X.

How do I check how my posts are doing?#

    Text
How did my LinkedIn and Instagram do over the last 30 days? Which three
posts did best, and what do they have in common? Keep it short.

    What the agent does:

    1. Lists your channels (integrationList) and reads each channel's numbers for the period (channelAnalyticsTool).
    2. Lists the posts that went out (postsList) and reads each one's results (postAnalyticsTool).
    3. Compares them and answers in a few lines.

To turn the answer into lessons for next time, follow up with "Save what you learned to my brief". The agent then records each lesson in Experience (briefLearnTool). With skills open, it follows Learn from results and edits.

How do I fill in my brief?#

    Text
Help me set up my Voholabs Studio brief.

    What the agent does:

    1. Reads the brief (briefListTool). If it is empty, checks the guided onboarding (briefOnboardingStatus).
    2. If the onboarding is available, gives you the link to the Brief page in Studio, where you start it yourself. The agent cannot start it for you, because it is an interview you take part in. It also tells you whether a new run is free or costs credits.
    3. If you would rather stay in the chat, it asks you questions and writes each document itself (briefSaveTool).

    To add a brand file:

    Text
Here's our logo. Upload it and add it to the brief's branding.

The agent uploads the file (uploadMediaTool or createUploadLinkTool for larger files) and registers it in Branding & assets (briefAssetTool).

How do I schedule a thread on X?#

    Text
Turn these notes into a five-part X thread and schedule it for tomorrow
at 9am. Replies off for everyone except people I follow.

    What the agent does:

    1. Finds your X channel (integrationList) and reads X's rules, including the 280-character limit and the reply setting (integrationSchema).
    2. Writes the thread as one post with four follow-up parts, and sets Who can reply to this post? to accounts you follow.
    3. Schedules it (integrationSchedulePostTool) and reports the cost on the free plan.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need to name the tools in my prompt?

No. The tool names on this page are there so you can follow what the agent is doing. Ask for the outcome and the agent chooses the tools.

Will the agent publish without asking me?

Only if you ask it to. Saying "as drafts" or "for my review" keeps everything off the live schedule until you approve it in the calendar.

Why does my agent not use a skill?

Skills appear on the free plan after your first wallet top-up. Without them, the prompts still work; the agent just follows its own method.
