The **Calendar** is the first item in the menu. Your channels are listed on the left, with **Create Post** above them, and the posts fill the main area.

## Which views does the calendar have?

The switch at the top right has three views:

- **Calendar view**: posts on a grid. Choose **Day**, **Week** or **Month**, move with the arrows, and choose **Today** to come back.
- **List view**: every post in date order, with filters for **All**, **Scheduled**, **Draft** and **Published**. Published posts are listed newest first.
- **Review view**: each post shown as it will look on the network, closest to publishing first. See [Review and share posts](https://voholabs.com/docs/posts/approvals).

In the list and review views, a row of channel chips lets you show one channel at a time, or **All accounts**.

## How do I reschedule a post?

1. Drag the post to another time or day in the calendar view.
2. If it was already published, Studio asks what to do: **Just update the post details** keeps it as it is on the network, and **Reschedule the post** publishes it again at the new time.

You can also open the post, change the date and choose **Update**.

## How do I edit a post?

Click the post to open it in the composer, make your changes and choose **Update**, or **Schedule** for a draft. If the post was already published, Studio asks whether to **Just update the post details** or **Republish the post**.

## How do I duplicate a post?

Hover the post and choose **Duplicate Post**. The composer opens with a copy of the text, media and settings at the next free time slot. Pick the channels and schedule it like a new post.

## How do I see a published post?

Hover the post and choose **View the live post** to open it on the network. Before it is published, the same button reads **Preview Post** and opens the [preview page](https://voholabs.com/docs/posts/approvals).

Once a post is published, **Post Statistics** opens its numbers on networks that report them. See [Analytics](https://voholabs.com/docs/workspace/analytics#how-do-i-see-one-posts-statistics).

## How do I filter by customer?

When your channels belong to more than one [customer](https://voholabs.com/docs/getting-started/concepts#what-is-a-customer), a person icon with the tooltip **Select Customer** appears next to the view buttons. Pick a customer to show only their channels and posts.

## How do I delete a post?

1. Hover the post and choose **Delete Post**, or open it and choose **Delete Post** in the composer.
2. Confirm. The post and all its follow-up parts are removed from that channel.

If the post had not gone out yet, it will not publish. On the free plan, credits charged for an unsent X post go back to your wallet.

## Frequently asked questions

### Why can I not drop a post on a time?

The time is in the past. Past days and hours are greyed out and do not accept posts.

### What does the red outline on a post mean?

The post failed to publish. Hover the exclamation mark for the reason, and see [Why did a scheduled post not publish?](https://voholabs.com/docs/posts/scheduling#why-did-a-scheduled-post-not-publish)

### Does deleting a published post remove it from the network?

No. Deleting in the calendar removes the post from Studio only; it stays on the network. Sanity is the exception, where deleting unpublishes the article and keeps the draft.

### What does the coloured bar on top of a post mean?

It is the colour of the post's first tag, and it shows the tag names. Add tags with Tags at the bottom of the composer.
